This upcycled skirt began as a pair of jeans and a velvet shift, and was reimagined into this one-of-a-kind whimsical handkerchief style skirt! This skirt has wonderful flowy movement, sparkles in the light, and is complete with fully functional pockets. A beautiful addition to anyone's closet!
